Scalloped Envelope Collage

Get Out Your Die cutter for this one!
Don't have ONE? What are you Waiting for?
I HIGHLY recommend the SIZZIX BIG SHOT # 113439 over other similar machines...
1.Dies roll through so much easier
2.They take larger/extended plates with ease
3.They FIT the WIDER dies that are exclusive to Stampin'Up
4.The multipurpose platform  has several layers to change your sandwich combination with ease, so you can cut chipboard and other materials
5. Has it's Own Stylish Carrying Case ..Doctor's Bag # 113474

COLORING TECHNIQUE
To Achieve the Color on this card simple use the Poppin' Pastels method......
stamp your image first in VERSAMARK then scrub your sponge into desired color
on your STAMPIN' PASTELS box, transfer to your image and either pounce or
or scrub your color in. There is a white eraser included if you want to clean up the edges.
There are 48 colors just waiting to be used!
